IV ketamine infusions, at home ketamine therapy and IV "Spa" Vitamin Wellness Infusions
An initial series of five to six ketamine infusions over two to three weeks, overseen by Dr. Christa Riley, board-certified anesthesiologist. Your PA meets with you before and after every 60-minute session.
Bring your existing therapist to the session, or work with Karly Salcido, our partner therapist trained in neurobiologically-informed integration. Therapy is optional and priced separately, never bundled into infusion costs.
NAD+, Myers' Cocktail, glutathione, and other IV wellness infusions administered by our clinical team. Priced separately from ketamine infusions, available as a standalone service or alongside your protocol.
*IV ketamine is an off-label use in the United States for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. Only Spravato (esketamine nasal spray) is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression.
Dr. Christa Riley is a board-certified anesthesiologist and military veteran who served in Afghanistan. Her experience performing nerve blocks and anesthesia on wounded service members shaped a firsthand understanding of trauma, resilience, and the lasting effects of high-stress on the body and mind. She brings that perspective to every patient at Phos.
Healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Your protocol should reflect how you're actually responding, not what worked for someone else.
A short consultation to understand your history, walk through candidacy, and answer your questions. If you are a fit we will get you scheduled. If not we will tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
At your first appointment, we will review your medical history, current medications, and goals. This is where your starting protocol is set, dose (0.4 to 0.7 mg/kg/hr weight-based), session duration, and any supportive therapies like magnesium or anti-nausea support.
Five to six sessions over two to three weeks, administered in our Westwood clinic under medical supervision. You will be checked on before and after every infusion. Adjustments will be made if needed over the course of the sessions based on how you're responding.
After your series, we will discuss your outcomes and next steps. Whether that is maintenance sessions, connecting with a therapist, or both, you can leave with a clear plan.
Our clinic is on the third floor of 1762 Westwood Blvd, a suite designed for privacy and comfort. No waiting room full of strangers. No sterile hospital feel. Just a calm, unhurried space where you can arrive, settle in, and focus entirely on your session. Each private room has a comfortable reclining chair, eye shades, and curated playlists for your session — because the set and setting matter as much as the medicine.
1762 Westwood Blvd, Ste #320Verified patient experiences are being gathered. We will publish them with permission and HIPAA-appropriate detail.
“My last infusion was about two weeks ago & I am going to sound like a broken record but thank you for making this clinic a safe space, I went in desperate because I was emotionally numb and I couldn't connect with my inner self, I was falling into that dark place again but I knew I needed to get an infusion before it got worse & I am so grateful I did. Katie is amazing as always, very caring and she has a softness about her that calms me. I came out of that infusion with tears in my eyes and I had no words because what I saw within myself was something that couldn't be spoken into words. Katie patiently listened to me and she did her best in communicating with me in what I was going through. I left that day feeling so much lighter and I was able to work through my emotions that I was shoving down because of what I was going through. The amount of time Katie takes to sit down and talk with me is something I didn't know I needed, i know she has a kind heart and a golden aura around her that I feel has been helping me and protecting me from whatever darkness has been trying to reach me again. I have never been more in touch with myself or my inner subconscious than ever before. So thank you.”

“I’ve only had my first infusion so far and for the first time in over a month I didn’t need to take any anxiety meds before bed. Immaculate care, loving environment, very responsive and very comforting. Looking forward to posting further updates.”

“Great experiences as always. I’ve been coming here for about two years. The treatments have greatly reduced my stress. I highly recommend you try this. I’m also a very hard iv stick and Vera does a wonderful job every time.”

“I’ve been to quite a few clinics for ketamine I can honestly say this is the very best and cleanest ketamine by far! I recommend listening to this YouTube when you on on your journey. Use noise canceling headphones, blinders, and listen to the YouTube with Lauren Ostrowski Fenton - Winds of Change series preferably with binaural beats and you will have the most beautiful safe journey that you’ve ever had. Peace!”

IV ketamine blocks NMDA glutamate receptors, triggering rapid increases in BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) and new synaptic connections in the prefrontal cortex. Unlike SSRIs, which modulate serotonin over weeks, ketamine's antidepressant effect often appears within hours to days. A standard initial series is five to six 60-minute infusions over two to three weeks.
Ketamine therapy may be a good fit for adults living with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, or chronic pain who have not found adequate relief through conventional treatments. All prospective patients go through a pre-screening process prior to scheduling. Ketamine therapy is generally not appropriate for individuals with: • Schizophrenia or active psychosis • Active mania associated with Bipolar Disorder • Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease • Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism • Uncontrolled hypertension • Current pregnancy or breastfeeding Final candidacy is confirmed at your initial consultation, where we take the time to review your full history and answer any questions you may have.
Most patients start with five to six infusions over two to three weeks. After the initial series, your PA reviews your response and discusses maintenance timing based on how you are doing, not a preset schedule. Single sessions are allowed, but the full protocol is recommended because most patients need several sessions to reach a transition point.
Your PA meets with you first to confirm the protocol for the session. The infusion itself runs 60 minutes for a standard session, with longer 90-minute, 2-hour, 3-hour and 4-hour options available for pain or mood. You will experience a transient dissociative state. Afterwards your PA checks in for 15 to 20 minutes of integration before you leave. You will need a driver to take you home.
No hidden fees. Your infusion price covers everything you need for your session — the initial consultation, IV placement, the ketamine itself, and any supportive medications administered during your infusion. These may include Zofran for nausea, Ketorolac for headaches, or magnesium sulfate for relaxation, and are added based on your individual needs. NAD+ and our IV wellness spa offerings are priced separately and can be found under IV Spa menu. Any add-ons are always a shared decision between you and your PA.
IV ketamine for mood disorders is an off-label use and is not covered by most insurance plans. It is cash-pay. HSA and FSA funds are eligible. Spravato (esketamine nasal spray), the FDA-approved version for treatment-resistant depression, will be available at our clinic soon and is covered by many insurance plans.
At most clinics you see a nurse during your infusions and a physician only periodically. Here, a licensed PA meets with you before and after every single infusion, actively adjusting your dosing, duration, and supportive therapies each visit. Protocols start at 0.4 to 0.7 mg/kg/hr and are weight-based, then refined to your response. Led by Dr. Christa Riley, board-certified anesthesiologist and military veteran.
