Our practice is built around in-clinic IV ketamine infusions — the most direct, carefully monitored path to the relief you're looking for. Every other service we offer is available to support your journey in the way that feels right for you, with nothing required beyond what genuinely serves your healing.

At-Home Ketamine Therapy

We offer two pathways to at-home ketamine therapy: For current Phos patients who have completed an infusion series, at-home therapy is available as a natural next step in your care. For patients unable to visit the clinic, we offer a structured remote program — three video visits over three months, each paired with a monthly prescription: Visit 1 → First month's prescription Visit 2 → Second month's prescription Visit 3 → Third month's prescription + a 3-month supply If there are 0 refills left on your prescription, please email nurse@phos.LA to find out what the next step is
