At-Home Ketamine Therapy

At-Home Ketamine Therapy At-home ketamine therapy is available through two pathways:

1. Established Los Angeles patients who have completed our initial IV ketamine series in clinic

2. New patients via video visit series (Visits #1, #2, and #3)

At-home ketamine therapy is not a substitute for IV treatment. Most patients still benefit from periodic in-clinic booster infusions even while on at-home medication. The PA telehealth visits are how we adjust dose, refill the prescription, and check in on how you are doing.

Video Visit Pathway What Happens: Video Visit #1: Initial consultation; first month's prescription issued Video Visit #2: Follow-up and check-in; second month's prescription issued Video Visit #3: Follow-up and check-in; third month's prescription issued with 2 refills (3-month supply) 3 months after last video visit: $200 self-evaluation form due 6 months after last video visit: Video visit or in-person infusion for follow-up and continued care assessment

Required for Participation

You have completed at least the initial IV ketamine series in our clinic You demonstrated clinical response and tolerated the treatment well

OR

You have completed our telehealth pathway. Best suited for California patients who live outside of the Los Angeles Area.
